RepLegend is a personal fitness-tracking tool designed to help you log lifetime reps, different types of workouts, and progress toward long-term goals. The app values your privacy and is built with simplicity and transparency in mind. This Privacy Policy explains what information we (Bluewater Web Studio) collect, how it's used, and your rights.

RepLegend is intentionally designed to collect no personal information and to operate without any external data transmission.

1. Information We Collect

No Personal Data Collected: RepLegend does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personally identifiable information.

Locally Stored App Data: The app stores only the workout-tracking data you enter (such as rep counts, workout types, goals, and dates/timestamps) locally on your device so you can track your progress over time.

This data:

  • Never leaves the device
  • Is never transmitted to our servers
  • Is not accessible to us

2. No Internet Connectivity

RepLegend operates fully offline.

The app does not:

  • Connect to external servers
  • Use cloud syncing
  • Use APIs
  • Require an internet connection for functionality

3. No Third-Party Analytics or Tracking

RepLegend does not integrate:

  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
  • Crash reporting platforms
  • Advertising SDKs or tracking technologies

Your usage data stays entirely private.

4. Device Permissions

RepLegend does not currently request or require access to:

  • Camera
  • Photos
  • Location
  • Contacts
  • Notifications
  • Bluetooth
  • Motion sensors
  • Any other device features

Future updates may introduce optional features that require new permissions (for example, local notifications for goal reminders). Any such changes will be reflected in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases

RepLegend does not currently offer any in-app purchase. We may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future.

All purchases will be processed through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

We do not handle payment information directly. All personal or billing information required by platform stores is covered by their privacy policies—not ours.

6. Children’s Privacy

RepLegend is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from any users.

7. Data Security

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, risks are inherently minimized. Any data stored locally remains under your control.
